OUR BESPOKE SERVICE POLICY
All Offland® garments and accessories are produced on a bespoke, made-to-order basis. Each order is individually cut, constructed, and finished following payment confirmation.
Customers should allow up to four (4) weeks from the date of order for production and dispatch. In certain circumstances, production times may exceed this timeframe due to fabric availability, sourcing delays, production demand, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.
By placing an order with Offland®, you acknowledge and accept that production and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to change. While every effort will be made to complete orders within the estimated timeframe, delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargeback, refund, or compensation where production is ongoing.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, each item is individually manufactured and may contain slight variations in finish, fabric, or detailing, which are considered part of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of the garment.
